The carbon, nitrogen, and oxygen atoms in our bodies were created in previous generations of stars over 4 billion years ago.  These stars are our oldest ancestors and we are a living archaeology of their existence.  This points to a lineage that has existed much longer than our genetics.  When we get quiet inside, the wonder and the wisdom of the universe becomes accessible, the silence more audible.  The possibility of our being widens, thins and expands parameters of what it means to be human.   If we gaze inward to witness the tiny bits flexing there, this presence which feels both the movement and the stillness, first senses and then folds into, the vast awareness beyond.
